Returns and Refunds

General return policies

Please do not ship any products back until your ReturnMerchandise Authorization is approved (you will receive a confirmation email).To obtain an RMA, please complete the Returns andExchanges Form.

Re-manufactured &  Compatible(replacement) ink  products are warrantedfor a period of 30 days from the date of purchase

Remanufactured & Compatible (replacement) Toners& Drums products are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date ofpurchase.

Returns areaccepted on compatible and remanufactured items for up to 1 year from the dateof purchase subject to conditions listed below. No returns will be acceptedafter one year.

The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Pleasereturn your package promptly to ensure timely refunds or replacements.

Please note that all returned cartridges must be at least 75% full to beaccepted. Unfortunately, in our experience some people have used the entirecartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge isless than 75% full, we will notify you by email. If you want the cartridgeback, we can ship it at your expense, as long as it is claimed within 15 daysfrom the date you were notified.

Estimatedprint yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered underwarranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning.Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in eachuser's specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page,paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supplylife. The page yield is just an approximation of the number of standard pagesthat can be printed with one cartridge, usually measured at 5% page coverage.5% coverage is a standard 8.5 x 11 inch page with a light letterhead, addressand three paragraphs of text double spaced. If you print mixed text andgraphics or WebPages your page coverage is closer to 15% and therefore thenumber of pages printed with each cartridge will be less. If you are printingphotos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photoswill be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able toprint if you were just printing standard text documents.

Returns of defective compatible and remanufactureditems


If the return date is within 90 days from the date of purchase, you can returnthe items for a refund (minus the original shipping charges) or request areplacement. Toner and Ink Plus will reimburse for the return shipping.

You will have to return the items at your expense and then fax the receipt to 1(866)769-2011 including the tracking number and your RMA number. We will reimburse yourreturn shipping cost up to our Shipping Charges. This only applies if thereturn date is within 90 days from the purchase date.

If the return date is after 90 days from the date of purchase, you can returnthe items for a refund (minus the original shipping charges) or request areplacement. Toner and Ink Plus will not pay for the return shipping. You willbe responsible for shipping the items back after receiving an RMA.

The RMA number must be written on the outside shipping box, not the actualproduct packaging.

It is advised to ship via a traceable and keep a copy of the tracking number.Please email the tracking number once available to info@tonerandinkplus.ca .If the package is lost or not delivered to us, we will not be able to issue therefund.

Replacement options:


You may elect one of the following methods for replacing your products:

1. Return the defective item and we will ship your replacement free of chargeafter receiving and inspecting your returned product.
2. If you need a replacement urgently, you can choose to pay for thereplacement product (with free shipping) and we will credit the same amountafter inspecting your returned item. This is a security measure in order tomake sure that the product is returned.

Please note that the shipping method for the replacement order will be the sameas that selected in the original order.

Returns of non-defective compatible and remanufactureditems


All non-defective products (items ordered incorrectly, items no longer needed,printer broke, etc.) must be returned in the original packaging in as-newcondition, that is, unopened and unused.

If the return date is within 90 days from the date of purchase and the itemsare unopened, you can return them for a refund (minus the original shippingcharges). Please note that we do not do exchanges for different products.

If the return date is after 90 days from the date of purchase, you cannotreturn the items. You might consider selling them at auction on eBay or listthem on Craigslist.

Toner and Ink Plus will not pay for the return shipping cost. All non-defectiveitems must be returned by the customer at their expense once the RMA isapproved (you will receive a confirmation email). The RMA number must bewritten on the outside shipping box, not the actual product packaging.

If the return date is within 30 days from the date of purchase and the itemsare unopened, you can return them for a refund (minus the original shippingcharges and a 15% restocking fee). Toner and Ink Plus will not pay for thereturn shipping.

If the return date is after 30-days of date of purchase or if the items havebeen opened, you cannot return the items.

All returns of OEM items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our vendors donot allow us to return non-defective items after 30 days.

Returns of defective oem/original items


Name brand OEM (original equipment manufacturer) items are covered by therespective manufacturer's warranty. We do not guarantee or accept returns ofdefective OEM products. If you encounter problems or receive a defective item,please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure. There should beinformation inside the box on what the customer needs to do to request anexchange from the OEM. For your convenience, we listed the manufacturers'contact information below.

Wrong items shipped


If you believe you have received the wrong product, please make sure not toopen it. You have 90 days from the date of the purchase to initiate a returnauthorization request.

Shippingdamage returns


If your shipment is delivered damaged, please initiate a return authorizationrequest within 5 business days from receipt of the package. Do not throw awayor alter the product or packaging; we will need a picture of the damage packagein the same condition as it was received to properly establish that the damagewas due to shipping. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any ofthe contents or packaging have been altered or discarded. Depending on thecourier used to ship your order, we will process the damage claim in one of twoways:

For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim.They will schedule a pickup from the customer's location for inspection of thepackage.

For some other claims, we will process a return authorization for you to sendthe package back to our warehouse following the normal return procedure.

After we are able to properly establish that the product was damaged duringshipment, Toner and Ink Plus will replace the products based on return policy.

Lost orders and wrong addresses


If the tracking number for your package shows no activity or deliveryconfirmation, it is possible that the shipment is still in transit or out fordelivery. Packages are not always scanned at every facility they go throughduring shipment, so you may not see any updates for a few days.

If it has been more than 5 business days without an update, please contact ourCustomer Service. We will contact the shipping company and put a tracer on thepackage. They will investigate and get back to us with an update within 2business days.

If the package is not found after the tracer, a claim has to be filed. Tonerand Ink Plus will file the claim and continue to follow-up until the package isdelivered or declared lost. Once the claim is accepted by the shipping company,we will be able to either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no cost.

However, when the tracking number shows a package was delivered and signed forand was shipped to the correct address, no claim can be filed and we canneither send a replacement nor issue a refund.

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse for some reason (the shippingaddress is incorrect, the shipping method was chosen incorrectly, the courieris unable to locate the recipient, etc.), we will contact you to confirm anyinformation that is necessary to reship your package.

When are refunds/replacements processed?


Once the returned items are received, we will inspect them and process therefund or replacement order. Our normal turnaround time is 5 business days.

If you requested a refund, your original payment method will be credited.Please allow an additional 3-4 days to see the credit reflected on your cardstatement.
